MATLICK JOHN "JACK" A. John (Jack) A. Matlick, age 79, of Butler, Pennsylvania, died Monday, February 14, 2011 at 12:15 a.m. at the Center for Compassionate Care, Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Born August 6, 1931 in North Union Township, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Helene Marie Holiday Matlick. Mr. Matlick was a General Manager for E.J. Brach Son's in Chicago, Illinois where he retired from in 1978. Mr. Matlick is survived by one son, Phillip Matlick of Schaumburg, Illinois; four daughters, Sandy Innis of Lake in the Hills, Illinois, Terry Matlick of Chicago, Illinois, Mary Sullivan of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Betty Davis of Chicago, Illinois; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Irene Kurneck of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Matlick was preceded in death by his wife, Janice R. Matlick, whom passed away May 14, 2004; two sisters; two brothers; and one granddaughter, Patti Innis. There will be no public visitation or services. Interment will be in Butler County Memorial Park.
