Catherine Marie Garbutt (born Biehle), born on june 2, 1917, to Valentine Joseph Biehle and Fayette Biehle (born Carney). She passed away in Cincinnati, Ohio on May 9, 2004. She was 86.

Catherine had one brother: Charles Eugene Biehle. Catherine married George Henry Garbutt in 1940, at age 23. They had 4 children. She was preceded in death by her son.

Catherine Garbutt worked at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science as a receptionist. She worked with Dr. Dan Flory.

Hurst, dear grandmother of Tommy (Raquel) Hurst, Todd (Deanne) Hurst, Gail (Frank) Bruno, Brian (Debbie) Garbutt, Joanne (Nathan) Welton and Michael (Emily) Garbutt, great grandmother of Wesley, Morgan, Jessica, Karalynn and Diana, sister of Frank and Ralph Biehle, Rosemary Morin, Delores Sorg and the late Charles Eugene Biehle and Virginia Hill. Sunday, May 9, 2004. Age 86. Mass of Christian Burial St. James Church (White Oak) Wednesday, May 12th at 10:00 A.M.. Memorials may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
