Joyce Belle Sprouse Vinson was born October 30, 1933. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Bessie (nee Kirk) Sprouse. She was preceded in deathy by her husband, Charles W. Vinson, Sr.

Beloved mother of the late Charles W. Vinson, Jr and Brenda Joyce Copley. Loving grandmother of Blake Edward Copley and Charles Michael Vinson. Devoted sister of Clarence Sprouse, Harold Sprouse, Drury Sprouse, Emogene Haga, Josephine Pappas, Irene Murphy.

Interment Mt. View Memory Gardens, Maher, West Virginia.

Flora (nee Hall) Vinson was born on June 3, 1908. She died on November 28, 1998 at 90 years of age.

Flora (nee Hall) Vinson married Oliver Vinson on July 17, 1926, in West Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Vinson.

Beloved mother of three sons, Harold L. Vinson of Nolan, Mingo County, West Virginia, and Freddie Joe Vinson of Nolan, Mingo County, West Virginia, and Ray Vinson Jr., of Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio

Funeral Services were conducted at Weaver Mortuary, 1718 West Third AVenue, Williamson, WV 25661. Interment Mt. View Memory Gardens, Maher, Mingo County, West Virginia.

Oliver Vinson, Husband
Oliver Vinson, age 71, of Nolan, Mingo County, West Virginia, died at 11:40 a.m. at Williamson Appalachian Regional Hospital in South Williamson, Pike County, Kentucky.

Born May 20, 1906, in Webb, Mingo County, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Joseph and Nancy Jane Sammons Vinson.

He was a merchant, and operated Vinson Grocery on U. S. Route 52 in Nolan, Mingo County, West Virginia for several decades.

Survivors include his wife, Flora (nee Hall) Vinson; three sons, Harold L. Vinson of Nolan, Mingo County, West Virginia, and Freddie Joe Vinson of Nolan, Mingo County, West Virginia, and Ray Vinson Jr., of Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio; sister Mrs. Alva Vinson Smith of Nolan, Mingo County, West Virginia, and five grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held at Weaver Mortuary, 1718 West Third Aveue, West Williamson, Mingo County, West Virginia. Interment followed at Mountain View Memory Gardens at Maher, Mingo County, West Virginia. Rev. Jimmy Davis, officiated the services.
