LeDon was born on June 4, 1971 and throughout his earthly journey he was a devoted son, a big brother, a loving husband and a dedicated father until he began his eternal life on July 2, 2019.

LeDon was raised by his parents, Larry and Judy Richardson, along with his younger siblings Kevin, Kindel, Bredia and Sanita. He routinely entertained friends and his siblings with his rendition of New Editions songs and eloquent dance routines. Fortunately, LeDon accepted Christ in December of 1981 and became a member of Morning Star Baptist Church. He finished high school, completed some college and constantly sought opportunities to learn and improve himself. Having a jovial and outgoing spirit LeDon befriended many people throughout his life and never met a stranger. LeDon valued family, friends and brotherhood. He became a mason and joined St. Johns Lodge #3 serving as the assistant secretary.

With every opportunity LeDon lived life to its fullest. He spent years working for Walker funeral home, he was a painter and even tried his hand as a comedian and his promoting Po Rich Boy. He loved spending time with family and friends, traveling, football, watching the History channel and playing Scrabble; to name of few of his interests. He was not afraid to try new things, meet new people and explore new places. LeDon was very fashionable and always turned heads with his dapper appearance. His magnetic charm, endearing smile and ability to make people feel important and valued enabled him to earn the love and admiration of the many people he encountered.

LeDon lived by the words HARMONY, PEACE, LOVE and FAMILY. While styling and profiling he strived to live harmoniously with others, maintain peace of mind, love without restraint and stay connected to family. These principles that he held dear he imparted to his children whom he cherished.

LeDon leaves to cherish his memory his wife Starr; children Sydney Richardson, Aiden Richardson, Amilyan Peoples and Montique Peoples; grandmother Azilee Mathes; parents Larry and Judy Richardson-siblings Kevin, Kindel (Rashida), Bredia and Sanita ; birth father Joseph Person-siblings Joseph Black, Amri Person and Jonathan Cochran; nieces-Kahlille (Jamal), Kloie and Alexis; nephews-Michael, Jerrell, Kindel Jr., Solomon, Rashad and Ryan, Kristofer, and Kish; and a host of friends and many relatives.

Visitation 11:00 a.m. until noon on Friday, July 12, 2019, at New Prospect Baptist Church, 1580 Summit Road, Cincinnati (45237). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation and will begin at 12 noon.
